Programs for every child:
Designed for children 6 weeks to 6 years old, Active Louisville Kids child care programs encourage creativity and promote social, emotional, and physical growth. Teacher modeling and the use of age-appropriate materials and activities encourage the child’s learning through active play and exploration. Children develop social and life skills. Small classroom sizes and caring, qualified teachers ensure that children receive guidance customized to their individual needs.
Full day and half day preschool classes and after school and summer program offered.
Full day and part day programs offered for Preschool:
Preschool classes for ages 2.5-6 is offered Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 12:15pm. Full Day programs are from 8:30 to 3:30. We also offer an extended day, including early drop off (7:30am) and late pickup (5:30pm).
Before and After School Programs offered for school age children:
Before and after school programs are available for children ages 5-8.These programs include free play, science projects, cooking projects, dramatic play, daily book reading, coloring, art projects, homework help and more.
In the Spring and Fall we offer a 6-7 week Mini Kicker Program in soccer for 12 kids. The coaches are from England and are excellent with the kids. The kids love the enthusiasm of the coaches, learn a lot, have loads of fun, and are so excited for soccer day to come.
Jump Bunch introduces sports & fitness to your child in a hands-on setting. Our year round program utilizes activity plans that offer a different sport or activity with each class. Most of all, JumpBunch is lots of fun – children are excited and eager to participate!
We provide all of the equipment your child needs and we prepare two progress reports each year.
JumpBunch builds coordination & interest in sports, teaches through constabnt praise & encouragement, offers a safe, non-competetive environment, promotes healthy fitness & nutrition habits.
We guide children through all phases of physical development: Eye/hand coordination, large & fine motor skills, muscle development, body balance, & agility.
